DBT Bonzo is a Max for Live pitch shift delay. Falling and rising snares, spirals, steel drum, octaves, dub echoes: pitch, delay and beautiful madness.

The controls

INPUT. Drive from -20 to +20 dB into the vintage converter. Grit and the LIMIT light. HOLD keeps the loop running.

PITCH. -12 to +12 semitones on the red display. SNAP to the semitone, or free for a fine detune.

MODE. GLITCH for the raw splices of the original, SMOOTH for softer ones, DELAY for no pitch shift at all.

MOD. Wobble up to 60 cents. ENV: your hits push the pitch, silence brings it back.

DELAY. Time 0 to 1000 ms on a slider, or SYNC to the Live tempo. Feedback that spirals. Tone in the loop.

OUTPUT. Mix in %, Output in dB, Brightness 3.5 to 18 kHz, Width from doubler to ping pong.
