Dub Codex Program

The Dub Codex Program is a series of modules covering everything you need to know about dub production and mixing, from the roots of mixing, like in King Tubby's studio, to modern production inside the computer with Ableton.

You'll learn the effects, the gestures of dub mixing, composition, drum patterns, percussion, arrangement, chord progressions, sound design... everything.

This course is made with Ableton, and Ableton templates are included, but the theory and demonstrations are universal, and samples and stems are included so you can follow along with your own DAW.

The ideal path is to first learn the dub mixing gesture itself, then rebuild each element one by one: drums, skanks, bass, percussion, and more, covering everything about each so you can create your own tracks from the ground up.

This is a real method for beginners and advanced dub lovers or producers alike, whether you want to start from scratch or sharpen your skills.
